Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using whentools.com and its services (including Sierra Writes and Sierra PDF Organizer), users agree to these Terms of Use. If a user does not agree, they should not use the services.

Description of Service

whentools.com provides browser-based productivity tools. Current services include Sierra Writes (a writing tool) and Sierra PDF Organizer (a PDF merge and split tool). Additional services may be added or modified over time. Current services are provided free of charge and are designed to operate within the user's browser.

Use of Service

Users agree to use whentools.com services lawfully and respectfully. Users will not:

User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of any content they create, upload, or process within whentools.com services, subject to applicable law. The applications are designed so that content is processed locally in the user's browser and not transmitted to whentools.com servers. Under normal operation, operators of whentools.com do not have access to user-created or user-uploaded content and do not claim rights over it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

whentools.com and its services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. whentools.com does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, whentools.com and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services. This includes any loss of data, even where such data is stored locally in the user's browser or processed within the user's browser session.

Service Availability

whentools.com services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Content stored in the user's browser is independent of whentools.com servers and depends on the user's browser behavior. Users are responsible for their own backups of important content and should not rely on browser storage as a permanent or guaranteed storage mechanism.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically, including when new services are added to whentools.com. Material changes may be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
